James Gunn, Montgomery Native, Dies

Funeral services for James Jeff Gunn, 61, of Brookhaven, Pa., were held at 10
a.m. Wednesday at Mount Zion Methodist Church near here.

Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home
of Winnfield.

Mr. Gunn died Wednesday, June 2, 1976 in Philadelphia, Pa., after a sudden
illness.  He was an employee of Gulf Oil Refinging Co., a native of
Montgomery, and a Methodist.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Jeff Gunn of Philadelphia, Pa.; two
daughters, Mrs. Maxine MacCauley and Madeline Gunn, both of Philadelphia, Pa.;
one son, James Gunn of Philadelphia, Pa.; one brother, Murrel Gunn of
Montgomery; two grandchildren; one niece, and one nephew.
