Mrs. Sarah E. Gunn Dies At Wheeling; Is Buried in Winnfield

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah E. Gunn, 86, who died at the home of a son, J.
W. Gunn of Wheeling Wednesday of last week were held in the Winnfield Cemetery
Friday with the Rev. W. F. Roberts, pastor of the Jonesboro Methodist Church,
officiating.  Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery.

Mrs. Gunn, a former resident of Winnfield, has been spending her winters in
Arizona and her summers in Winn Parish during the past fifteen years.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. M. E. Bartlett and Mrs. Eunice Glotfelter,
both of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Dyer of Cheyneyville, and Mrs. H. M. Ernest of
Jamestown, and four other sons, N. F. Gunn of Jonesboro, D. C. Gunn of
Winnfield, Gene Gunn of Shreveport, and J. D. Gunn of Phoenix.
