L. M. Guilliams Dies After Long Illness

Lloyd M. Guilliams, 61, of Winnfield, died at 4:45 a.m. Thursday, April 19,
1973 in a local hospital after a long illness.  He was a native of Verda, a
logging contractor, and a member of the Apostolic Church of West Monroe.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ruby Guilliams of Winnfield; his mother, Mrs.
Ella Guilliams of Winnfield; and two brothers, J. T. Guilliams and Buford
Guilliams, both of Winnfield.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday in Southern Funeral Home chapel
with burial in Garden of Memories.  Rev. James Gorham officiated, assisted by
Rev. Clarence Bates.

Pallbearers were Bud Roberts, Troy Kyson, Marlin Collins, Byron Tullos, C. C.
Taylor, and Charlie James.
