Mrs. Fannie Bryant Buried At Mount Zion

Funeral services were held at Mount Zion Thursday, June 22, for Mrs. Fannie
Plunkett Bryant, 86, who died June 21.  The Rev. Lula Wardlow officiated.

Interment was in Mount Zion Cemetery.

Mrs. Bryant is survived by five children, Mrs. Sarah Lohman of Montgomery,
Mrs. Mary Hearnes of Shreveport, Mrs. Ada Feazell of Alexandria, Mrs. Lillie Dement of Montgomery, and Walter Plunkett of Shreveport.  She also leaves 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 10 great, great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Sam Hearnes, Lucian Loman, J. M. Dement, Walter Lee Dement, Floyd Feazell, and Loyd Feazell.

August 8, 1979 Mrs. Ruby Bryant

Services for Mrs. Ruby D. Bryant, 70, of Montgomery, were held at 4
p.m. in Northside Baptist Church of Montgomery with the Rev. Junior
McManus officiating.

Burial was at New Salem Cemetery near Montgomery under the direction
of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mrs. Bryant died Saturday, August 4, 1979 in Grant Manor Nursing
Home after a long illness.

Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Edward Edmond of Montgomery.
