Half Brother of Joyce Residents Dies

Grayson Harper, 43, of Hodge died early Thursday, February 15 in the Hodge
Clinic following a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in Hodge Pentecostal Church with
the Rev. Jimmy Miller officiating.  He was assisted by the Rev. Sam Rider. 
Burial was in the Gayla Traina Memorial Cemetery in Jonesboro.  

Survivors include his widow, five sons, Tommy Harper of Bossier City, Joey
Harper, Bruce Harper, Charles Harper, and Leonard Harper, all of Hodge; two
half brothers, Clomer Walton of Joyce and Lee Roy Walton of Georgetown, one
half sister, Mrs. Melvina Wilson of Joyce.
