Edwina T. Hale

Services for J. Edwina Hale, 95, were held at 4 p.m. Friday at the Southern
Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.

Burial was in the Winnfield City Cemetery under the direction of Southern
Funeral Home.

She died Thursday, December 19, 1985 at Humana Hospital in Winnfield.

She was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church and a member of the Palestine
Chapter No. 155, Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include three nieces, Mrs. Elmo Frazier of Winnfield, Mrs. Nellie
Robertson of El Dorado, Ark., Mrs. Clothilde Ward of Shreveport; one nephew,
W. L. Whitecotton of Tucson, Arizona.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Robertson of El Dorado, Arkansas, also Mrs. Chlotilde
Whitecotton Ward and her daughter, Mrs. Louise Hill and Mrs. Elda Whitecotton,
all of Shreveport, attended the funeral Friday.
