Funeral Services For John Hall, 61, Held Tuesday A. M.

Funeral services for John Hall, age 61, who died of pneumonia in a local
clinic early Monday morning, were held Tuesday morning at ten o'clock.  The
Rev. H. H. McBride, pastor of the First Baptist Church, assisted by the Rev.
Alwin Stokes, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, conducted the rites.
Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery.

The deceased came to Winnfield more than 30 years ago and during his residence
here he has worked in the meat markets of several local stores.  At the time
of his death he was employed by the Milam's Department Store, where he had bee
for the past six years.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ella McBride, and a number of nieces and
nephews of Natchitoches, who attended the funeral services Tuesday.
