Mrs. E. N. Hallmark Buried Wednesday At Couley Cemetery

Mrs. Emily N. Hallmark, 80, a longtime resident of Winnfield, died here
Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. after a long illness.

Mrs. Hallmark is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Alfred Reeves of Winnfield;
two sons, Willie S. Hallmark of Port Arthur, Texas, and Louis C. Hallmark of
Urania; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Billings of Winnfield and Mrs. Hattie
Thornton of Baton Rouge; 10 great grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Couley Methodist Church
with the Rev. I. B. Bingham of Urania officiating.  Interment was in the
Couley Cemetery.
