Hall, 50, Former Winnfield Man, Buried in Alexandria Walter G. Hall, 50, of Alexandria, succumbed from a long illness Saturday, March 19th, at the Hines Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Funeral services were held in Alexandria Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. G. Kerney Keegan officiating. Interment was in the Greenwood Memorial Park. Mr. Hall was a former resident of Winnfield, having been reared in this community. He joined the Baptist Church herer when a youth. He was a brother of Mrs. Dosia McDade and Mr. J. R. Hall, both of Winnfield. Others surviving are his wife and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Edward Medas of Alexandria, a stepson, Jules Gingras of Florida, and two other brothers, J. Lester Hall of Cleveland, Miss., and Jack Hall of El Dorado. Relatives from Winnfield, Monroe, Baton Rouge, and Texas attended the funeral services.
