Mother Of Local Resident Dies; Rites Monday

Ida Harlan, 52, of San Francisco, Calif., died Thursday, July 21, 1977.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Spears Funeral Home Chapel in
Ruston with Rev. James Gorham officiating.  Burial was in Jonesboro Cemetery.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Gorham of Winnfield; five brothers,
three sisters, including Mrs. Chlotile Cannon of Winnfield, and two grandsons.

Ms. Harlan was a World War II veteran.
