Mrs. Jane Riser Harper Succumbs At Crowville, La.

Death claimed Mrs. Jane Riser Harper, 88 years, at the home of her daughter in
Crowville, Tuesday.  Mrs. Harper was born and reared in Winn Parish in the
Flat Creek community and is well known in this section.  She was an aunt of
the late H. C. Riser, former publisher of The Enterprise, and was a sister in
law of Mrs. S. J. Harper of Winnfield.

Burial was made at Winnsboro.

Surviving are one son, Redden Harper of Winnsboro; and three daughters, Mrs.
Rufus Sowers, Mrs. Minnie Sinclair, and Mrs. Geneva Hodge, all of Crowville,
La.
