Thomas Harlan

Services for Thomas E. Harlan, 82, of Winnfield were held at 11 a.m. Friday in
Union Hill Baptist Church in Montgomery with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.

Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery in Montgomery under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield.

Mr. Harlan died Wednesday, June 25, 1980 in Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston
after a short illness.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 168 in Montgomery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nellie Wise Harlan of Winnfield; two sons,
Wayne Harland and Lamar Harlan, both of Winnfield; a daughter, Mrs. Mary
Bilyeu of Winnfield; a stepson, Nelson Tolbert of Winnfield; a stepdaughter,
Mrs. Kristine McMullen of Ruston; a sister, Mrs. Eullah Lang of Montgomery; 16
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
