Mrs. Sara Hausey Buried at Sardis Saturday A. M.

Grandma Hausey as she was called by those who knew her, died early Friday
morning in a Winnsboro hospital, after a week's serious illness.

Grandma joined the Baptist Church in Mississippi at an early age and lived
true to her faith and family and was loved very much by all who knew her.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning at the Sardis Baptist Church
with the Rev. Henry Keyes officiating.

Grandma Hausey lived to be 87 years of age and was survived by her four
children: Mrs. Hattie Hale of Montgomery, La.; Mrs. Fonce Mathews of El
Dorado, Ark.; Mr. J. A. Hausey of Winnsboro; and Mrs. Kate Barrow of Bluff
Springs, Fla.  Besides her children there are 34 grandchildren and 33 great
grandchildren.
