Herman Lee Heflin

Herman Lee Heflin, 71, of 3108 Eugene Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, died
Monday, September 29, 1980 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in
Baton Rouge.  He was a native of Winnfield, a retired employee of the
Louisiana Department of Highways and a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Religious funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 1, at
Rabenhorts Funeral Home, Baton Rouge.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Elfrieda (Fritz) Upton Heflin; a daughter, Mrs.
Lynn Heflin Duvernay, Metairie; three sons, William Thomas Heflin II, Donald
L., and George U. David, all of Baton Rouge; a sister, Miss Eva Heflin, Baton
Rouge, and 11 grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the East Baton Rouge Chapter of the American
Heart Association.
