Funeral services were held April 23, in Lompoc, California, where she resided. Mrs. Henderson was a retired teacher and a retired realtor. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Wasson, pioneer family of Winnfield, and was educated in the Winnfield schools. She was a graduate of the Louisiana Normal College, now Northwestern State University, Natchitoches. She taught in the Winn Parish schools and in the schools of California until her retirement, at which time she became a real estate broker. Mrs. Henderson is survived by two daughters and twelve grandchildren who reside in California. Her surviving sisters and brothers are Mrs. Ida Finlay of Columbia, La., Mrs. Avis Norris of Bossier City, La., Mrs. Eula Curry of Winnfield, La., J. M. Wasson of Sunset City, Fla., and George Wasson of North Little Rock, Ark.
