Funeral Rites For Miss Hughen Held Saturday

Miss Helen Lenoir Hughen, 61, of Dodson, died at 12:45 p.m. Thursday,
September 2, 1971, in Winnfield General Hospital.

She is survived by three brothers, Joe Hughen of Winnfield, George Hughen of
Dodson, and Victor Hughen of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. Floyce Wigley of
Wellington, Utah; and a niece, Mrs. Nelda Murphy of Dodson and a number of
other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the New Hope Methodist
Church with Rev. J. L. Holt officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery
under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
