Funeral Services For J. B. Hobby Held at Cypress Creek

J. B. Hobby, 78 years of age, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. B. Davis,
in Wyatt, Sunday, April 26th, following a lengthy illness.  His wife preceded
him in death several years ago.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Davis of Wyatt; and three sons, Jessie Hobby
of Lake Village, Ark., G. Hobby of Shreveport, and Roy Hobby of Tyler, Texas,
a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends to mourn his
passing.

Mr. Hobby was a deacon of the Cypress Creek Baptist Church.  He joined the
church in his young days and lived his entire life an active member.

Funeral services were conducted at Cypress Creek Monday, April 27t, 1936, with
Rev. R. B. Kitchingham in charge.
