Mrs. J. B. Hogge Buried In Winnfield Wednesday

Mrs. J. B. Hogge, age 40 years, who died in Leesville Tuesday, was brought
here for burial Wednesday and laid to rest in the Winnfield Cemetery at two
o'clock.  Funeral services were held in Leesville, conducted by the Rev. J. V.
Tinnin, pastor of the Baptist Church there, before bringing the body here,
where it was taken to the home of Sheriff and Mrs. Bryant Sholars, to await
burial services.

Mrs. Hogge was a member of the Baptist church and was active in church
circles.  She had been a resident of Leesville for eight years and is survived
by her husband, J. B. Hogge, three children, Jim Hogge, Oakdale, Mildred and
Margie Hogge of Leesville, her mother, Mrs. Annie Walters of El Dorado, Ark.,
sister, Mrs. Bob King of El Dorado, Ark., brother, Cary Walters of Dodson, and
a number of other relatives.

Mrs. Hogge lived in Winnfield when a small girl and has many friends here who
mourn her passing.  A number of Leesville friends attended the burial services
here Wednesday.
