Former Resident of Gaars Mill Dies

Mrs. Beulah Holden, 58, former resident of the Gaars Mill Community, died of a
heart attack at her home in Springhill, La., November 28.  Funeral services
and burial were held at the Baptist Church and cemetery in Springhill.

The daughter of the late R. L. and Susan Branch Robertson, Mrs. Holden moved
to Springhill several years ago, where her husband, H. C. Holden preceded her
in death.

Surviving are two sons, Clyde and Boyce Holden, of Sikes; four daughters, Mrs.
Arnold Shows, Mrs. Andrew Wells, and Miss Margaret Holden of Springhill, Mrs.
Buster Hogan of Walker; two brothers, D. R. Robertson and A. E. Robertson, of
Gaars Mill.
