E. L. Holladay Dies Suddenly In Georgetown

Erbie Holladay of Georgetown died suddenly Wednesday at 7:50 a.m. while
walking down a Georgetown street.  He was a retired oil rig builder.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Effie Cox Holladay of Georgetown; a daughter,
Mrs. Virginia Dugger of Metairie, one grandchild, and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Thursday in the chapel of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home in Pineville, with Rev. Donald Lemmons, pastor,
officiating.  Burial was in Forrest Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers were Frank Amberg, Clarence Lincecum, Collier Killingsworth, C. O.
Dodge, Henry D. Jones, and Harold Corley.
