R. Randle Horne Dies; Buried In Atlanta Nov. 16

Funeral services for Robert Randle Horne, 61, of Winnfield, who died in a
Little Rock, Ark., Veterans Hospital November 14, were held Saturday at the
First Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Billings, Dr. W. L. Holcomb, and Rev. Henry
Odle officiating.

Burial was in the Atlanta Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Acting as pallbearers were Roy Miller, Marvin Horne, Bobby Wayne Horne, Connie
Bob Horn, W. I. Phillips, C. E. Sherwood, H. E. Carrier, and C. C. Billings.

A retired Winnfield lumberman, he was a native of Atlanta and a veteran
of World War I.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Janice Guin of Little Rock, Ark., two
brothers, M. E. Horne, Atlanta, and Ralph Horne, Georgetown.
