Mrs. Frances Horn of Montgomery Succumbs April 19

Mrs. Frances Horn, age 78 years, died at the home of her son, Richard, near
Montgomery, Thursday, April 19, 1951. She had been in failing health for many
years, and had been confined to her bed for several months.

Mrs. Horn had lived in and near Wheeling a number of years. She was a member
of the Union Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Paul, Richard, and Dan Horn, all of Montgomery;
one daughter, Mrs. Eva Ballard of Shreveport; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mrs. Lula Wardlow Friday, April 20, at
2 p.m. in the Mt. Zion Methodist Church. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery under
direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Mack McGinty, R. B. Horn, Ben Horn, Curtis Davison, Marvin
Jowers, and Elbert Stroud.
