All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: January 26, 1977 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Lee Horn, 81, Dies After Brief Illness Funeral services for Lee Horn, 81, of Montgomery, who died Wednesday night, January 19, 1977 in a local hospital after a brief illness, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the North Side Baptist Church of Montgomery, with the Rev. Wilmer Jordan officiating, assisted by Rev. Alson Jeter. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. He was a retired farmer, a native of Winn Parish, and a member of North Side Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maggie Horn, Montgomery; five sons, Louis Horn, Ville Platte; Emmett Horn, Natchitoches; N. L. Horn, Baytown, Texas; George Horn and G. L. Horn, both of Montgomery; three stepsons, Alfred Bazar and Harold Bazar, both of Montgomery; Charles Bazar, Kilgore, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Lee Rikard and Mrs. Minnie Bryant, both of Montgomery; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Myrtle Williams and Mrs. Bertha Beard, both of Pineville; 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
