E. W. Howell, 75, Succumbs; Buried At Transport

Edgar W. Howell, 75, retired farmer of Dodson, died at the home of his son,
Morgan Howell, near Calvin, at noon Wednesday.  Last rites were conducted at 2
p.m. Thursday, April 27, at the Dodson Assembly of God Church, with Rev. E. V.
Blair, Rev. S. E. Lum, and Rev. W. C. Taylor officiating.  Burial was in the
Transport Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

The deceased leaves his wife; two sons, Bryant Howell, Washington, D. C., and
Morgan of Calvin; two brothers, D. M. Howell, Winnfield, and J. W. Howell,
Dodson; two sisters, Mrs. Cornelius Frazier, Winnfield, and Mrs. Georgia
White, Mora, La.
