Brother of Mrs. J. T. Steen Dies in Baton Rouge Sunday Night

W. E. Howell died at his home in Baton Rouge from a heart attack Sunday night,
February 15, at 7 o'clock.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Methodist Church in Baton
Rouge, with interment in a Baton Rouge Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Joe Terhito of
Baton Rouge, Mrs. Winifred Mask of Monroe, and Mrs. Charles Ramage of
Winnsboro; three sisters, Mrs. John Steen of Winnfield, Mrs. W. S. Heard and
Mrs. S. H. Butler of West Monroe.
