Funeral Services Held For Mrs. Sallie Howell

Funeral services for Mrs. Sallie Howell, age 77, of the Hargis Community, who
died Wednesday night of last week, were held Thursday at the Mt. Zion Church.
The Rev. J. A. Jones conducted the final rites and interment was in the Mt.
Zion Church Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Nina McIlwain and Mrs.
Ernest Shaw of Montgomery and Mrs. A. E. Tilton of Shreveport; two sons, Ollie
and Ed Howell of Montgomery; one sister, Mrs. J. E. Garner, Sr. of Montgomery.
