Harrell Held At DeQuincy Former Local Resident Dies In Hospital Following Two Strokes Funeral services for Mrs. E. B. Harrell, who died in a hospital in DeQuincy at 12 p.m. o'clock Sunday, were held Tuesday morning at eleven o'clock at the First Baptist Church there. Interment was in the DeQuincy Cemetery. Mrs. Harrell, the former Pearl Wright, daughter of the late James D. Wright, and Mrs. S. A. Wright, life-long residents of Winn Parish, suffered two strokes within the past two months and had been in confined to the hospital for that period. Surviving her are her husband, E. B. Harrell of DeQuincy, two daughters, Mrs. Clint Hanchey of Lake Charles and Mrs. Oscar Carlson of DeQuincy, six grandchildren; two brothers, Dr. Roy W. Wright and W. M. Wright of Baton Rouge, one sister, Mrs. Florence Dalton of Baton Rouge and J. D. Wright of Alexandria.
