Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday at New Hope Methodist Church near Dodson, with Rev. Willie Broadway and Loyd Sowers officiating. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery. She was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the New Hope Methodist Church. Survivors include four sons, L. L. Hughen of Arcadia, Joe Hughen of Winnfield, Victor Hughen of Shreveport, and George Hughen of Dodson; two daughters, Mrs. O. L. Wigley of Los Angeles, Calif. and Miss Helen Hughen of Dodson; two brothers, Grover Vinson and Jasper Vinson, both of Rockford, Ala.; one sister, Mrs. W. E. Guy of Montgomery, Ala.; 29 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
