Almedia Huitt

Mrs. Almedia Huitt, 84, of Monroe died Friday, October 15, 1982 at her
residence.  Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Hixson Brothers Funeral
Home chapel in Monroe with Rev. James Simons officiating.  The burial was held
in the Memorial Park Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, John W. Huitt of Mineral Wells, Texas and Jimmy
L. Huitt of Houston, Texas; one brother, J. W. Hatten of Sikes; two sisters,
Mrs. Oscar Martin of Sikes and Mrs. Marion Simmons of Crowville; five
grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Orlin Taylor, David Herring, James C. Parker, Rue Boswell,
Richard Perot, and Steve Perot.
