W. A. Hurley Dies at Home of H. A. Brady

W. A. Hurley died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Brady, Ward Six, Friday
morning, May 21, at 3 o'clock.  He was 76 years of age.  Funeral services were
held in the home at 9:30 o'clock by the Rev. Alwin Stokes of Winnfield,
assisted by W. T. Norman of Winnfield, after which the body was taken to Iatt
Church, where the services were conducted by having a Masonic procession.

The deceased is a native of Mississippi.  Mr. Hurley is survived by his wife
and four children: T. A. Hurley of Montgomery, Mrs. H. A. Brady of New Verda;
Mrs. Willie Brock of New Verda; and Mrs. Lloyd Fletcher of Greenwell Springs,
La.
