Hyckembottom Funeral Rites Held Friday

Mrs. Florence Hyckembottom, 95, of Winnfield, died Wednesday, November 17,
1971 at a nursing home here.

She was a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Helen Marie Lindsey of Arlington, Va.; two
brothers, G. C. Brodmax of Ruston and Herbert Brodmax of Alexandria; two
grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Southern Funeral
Home with Rev. Calvin Phelps officiating.  Burial was in Winnfield City
Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Harper Terrill, Pat Harrell, James Hardy Smith, Leo Sowers,
Arnet Garriss and S. Spears.

married names, but this is verbatim from the newspaper)
