Crawford Hyde Former Winn Native, Dies

Funeral services for Crawford Leslie Hyde, 57, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March
1, 1966 in Hixson Bros. Funeral Home of Winnfield with the Rev. George Ross
officiating.

Burial was in Winnfield cemetery.

Mr. Hyde, an oilfield worker, died Friday in a Pineville hospital after a long
illness.  He was a native of Winn Parish.

Survivors include a son, Crawford E. Hyde of Mankoto, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs.
Lillian Cook of Bel Chasse, Mrs. Anita Dawson of Greenwood, Miss.; a brother,
Clyde Hyde, Sr. of Shreveport; and a sister, Mrs. Grace Lolley of Shreveport.
