Clyde H. Hyde, Sr., Former Winn Resident, Dies

Funeral services for Clyde M. Hyde, Sr., 66, of 229 Meriweather Road, in
Shreveport, were held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Osborn Funeral Home Chapel. 
Burial was in Centuries Memorial Park.

Officiating at the services were Rev. John Kilpatrick, assisted by the Rev.
Leonard Cook, a retired Methodist minister.

Mr. Hyde died at 2:15 a.m. Friday, November 26, 1971, at his home after a
brief illness.  He was a representative of Publishers Guild.  He lived in
Shreveport since 1946.

A native of Winnfield, Mr. Hyde was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Newt Hyde
and a brother of the late Mrs. W. C. Colvin.
