Funeral Rites For Eben Hyde Held Thursday

Eben H. Hyde, 88, of Williana, died at 11:20 p.m. Monday, May 11, 1970, ina
Winnfield hospital.  He was a retired farmer and native of Montgomery.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eva Hyde of Williana; one son, T. E. Hyde of
Williana; one brother, Ben Hyde of Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Althea
Taylor of Ventura, Calif.; one grandchild and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10 p.m. Thursday, May 14, in Liberty Chapel
Methodist Chuch with Rev. Richard DeBusk officiating.  Burial was in the
church cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Winnfield.
