Hyde, age 5? years, died in New Orleans last Friday following an illness of several months caused by high blood pressure. He was the youngest of a family of fourteen children born to Mr. and Mrs. Hartwell Hyde of Montgomery, La. He is survived by his wife, four sons and three daughters, and a number of other relatives including his brother, Mr. N. M. Hyde, and two sisters, Mrs. M. M. Fisher and Mrs. P. S. Smith, nieces Mrs. A. L. McDonald, Mrs. Mike E. Bozeman, and Mrs. W. C. Colvin; and a nephew, J. M. Hyde of Winnfield. Mr. Hyde was well and favorably known here having served a term as deputy sheriff in this parish several years ago and had many friends here and elsewhere who mourn his passing. Funeral services were held in Robeline last Sunday afternoon and the deceased was laid to rest in the Robeline Cemetery.
