Brother Of Winn Area Residents Dies In Miss.

Otis Harper, 58, of Richton, Miss., died Monday, January 18, 1971, after a
long illness.

A native of Winn Parish, Mr. Harper was employed as a baker before retirement.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Good Hope Baptist Church in Richton with
interment in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his widow, two daughters, two sisters, one of whom is Mrs.
Curtis Bishop of Winnfield, two brothers, including Nolen Harper of Gansville.
