James Edward Ivy, age 70 of Joyce, LA died Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield. He was a member of the East Winnfield Baptist Church.
He is the son of the late Thomas Ivy and the late Allie (Robbins) Ivy.
He is survived by his Wife: Lottie Mae Ivy of Winnfield. Two Sons: Jeff Ivy of Joyce, La. and Toby Ivy of Beaumont TX.; One Daughter: Jamie (Ivy) Steadman of Natchitoches, LA. One Brother: W.J. Ivy of Provencal, LA.; One Sister: Helen Davis of Natchitoches, LA.; Two Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild. Friends may visit at the East Winnfield Baptist Church Friday, May 14, 2004 from 6 until 9pm. A Graveside service will be at 10AM Saturday, May 15, 2004 at Old Union Cemetery in Joyce La with Rev. Tommy Smith officiating.
