E. Jackson, Hargis Mrs. J. E. Jackson, Montgomery, died September 9 at 3:30 p.m. at her home in the Hargis community after a brief illness. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Hargis Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. Survivors are her husband, J. E. Jackson; three daughters, Mrs. Huey Hatten, Moss Point, Miss.; Mrs. Henry Weaver, Natchitoches; Mrs. Gary Fletcher, Montgomery; one son, Johnny Jackson, Montgomery; three sisters, Mrs. Alma Campbell, Grayson; Mrs. J. W. Bryant and Mrs. W. T. Moore, both of Montgomery; six brothers, H. C. McIlwain and R. C. McIlwain of Columbia; R. V. McIlwain of Jena; G. E. McIlwain, Montgomery; W. D. McIlwain, Clayton, Texas; and E. L. McIlwain, Turnertown, Texas; and a number of grandchildren.
