March 20, 1942 Mrs. Emma Jackson Dies At Home Here On Monday Morning

Mrs. Emma Dean Jackson, age 83 years and one day, widow of the late
W. F. Jackson, died at her home here Monday morning at the eight
o'clock following an illness that confined here to her bed for about
a week. Mrs. Jackson had been in failing health for several years.

Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor of the
First Presbyterian Church, were held Tuesday morning at ten o'clock
at the family residence and interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Mack K. Holston of Houston, Texas,
and one grandson, E. H. Jackson of Miami, Fla.
