White Jackson, 81, 40 Year Resident of Winnfield, Dies

James A. "Whitey" Jackson, age 81 years, died Friday, Feb. 22, 1946, at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Jones, South Winnfield.  Funeral services were held
in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m.

Mr. Jackson has resided in Winnfield for approximately forty years and had a
host of friends in this community.

He is survived by one nephew, D. J. Rodgers of Atlanta, Ga., and other
relatives in Knoxville, Tenn.

Pallbearers at the funeral were D. L. Durrett, L. W. Sholars, W. Otho Long,
C. O. Barnes, Eli Harrel, and T. H. Jones.
