Death Claims Mrs. D. James of Tannehill

Mrs. Dottie James, 49, of the Tannehill Community, died Wednesday, May 31,
after a long illness.

Mr. and Mrs. James moved to Tannehill from Beech Creek about twenty years ago,
where they resided until death, Mr. James having died 12 years ago.

Funeral services for Mrs. James were held at Beech Creek Thursday afternoon at
2:30.  Rev. B. O. Moffett officiated.

Mrs. James is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Victor Prothro of
Natchitoches, Mrs. Grace Perdue, Winnfield, and Mrs. Lois Jordan, Winnfield,
and six sons, Ray, Rattler, Willie, Roy, Melvin, and Louis James, all of
Winnfield.
