E. L. Jennings Dies; Rites To Be Thursday

Edgar Lee Jennings, 77, of Atlanta, died Tuesday, May 21, 1974 at 8:45 p.m. in
a local hospital.

Native of Winn Parish, Mr. Jennings was a school bus driver.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Southern Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Ray Teal officiating, assisted by Eugene Love.  Burial will
be in Atlanta Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl H. Jennings of Atlanta; one son, Edwin
D. Jennings of Bossier City; two daughters, Mrs. R. O. Shaw of Atlanta, Mrs.
Elizabeth Warner of Bossier City; one sister, Mrs. J. N. Carter of
Montgomery; and one grandchild.
