Death Claims Mrs. Lilly Jones At Marble Quarry Sunday, June 14

Mrs. Lilly Jones, 48 years of age, died at her home at the Marble Quarry
Sunday morning at 11:30 o'clock.  Funeral services were held at Friendship
near Pollock, La., Monday afternoon.

Mrs. Jones had been a resident of Winnfield since last October, coming here
from Rochelle, La.  She was a member of the Baptist Church and the only
daughter of Rev. W. W. Dunn.

Eight sons and daughters and four brothers survive.  The sons and daughters
are Juanita, Ava, and Joe Bill, of Winnfield; Willie Jones, Easton,
La.; Mrs. Jim Hays of Martin, Miss.; Mrs. Clarence Cockerham, Rochelle;
Miss Ruby Jones of New Orleans; and Mrs. W. L. Edwards of Louisville, Miss.
The brothers are C. A. Dunn of Rochelle, J. N. Dunn of Urania, and W. C. Dunn
of Rochelle.
