Funeral Services Held Saturday for Mrs. Mary Jones

Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Mary Jones, 60, of South
Winnfield, who died last Wednesday in a Shreveport hospital.  Last rites were
conducted in the South Winnfield Baptist Church by the pastor, Rev. Sjolander,
assisted by Rev. Caraway, pastor of the Winnfield Methodist Church.

Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones had lived in Winnfield since 1922, having come here from Castor. 
She was a member of the South Winnfield Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jones, one brother, Felix Eally, three
nieces and a host of friends.
