Mrs. Guy Johnson Buried Wednesday In Shreveport

Funeral services for Mrs. Guy C. Johnson, 55, of 3423 Fair St., Shreveport,
who died Tuesday, were held Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Rose-Neath Funeral
Home, Shreveport.  The Rev. George Hearne, pastor of a Shreveport Church,
officiated.  Burial was in Forest Park cemetery.

The deceased is the former Bernice Eagles of Winnfield.  She and her husband,
Mr. Johnson, moved from Winnfield to make their home in Shreveport three years
ago.  She was born and reared in Winnfield and spent most of her life here.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a brother, George Eagles, of
Winnfield; and two sisters, Mrs. T.G. Smith of Nederland, Texas, and Mrs.
James L. Land, of Shreveport.

Six of Mrs. Johnson's nephews served as pallbearers.
