Mrs. B. E. Jones' Funeral Services To Be Held Friday

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 24, at 10 a.m., in the Atlanta
Methodist Church for Mrs. Bertha Etna Jones, wife of C. V. Jones.  Rev. Paul
Lawson, assisted by Rev. Marvin Guins, pastor of the Montgomery Pentecostal
Church, will be in charge of the services.

Interment will be in the Atlanta Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral
Home.

Mrs. Jones, 57, died in her home Tuesday, August 22.  She was a member of the
Pentecostal Church of Montgomery.

Surviving are her husband, C. V. Jones; one son, Elmer; one daughter, Mrs.
Vera Sue Lovell; all of whom are from Atlanta; two brothers, W. A. Carico of
Newton, Texas, and W. E. Carrico of Montgomery, Texas; one sister, Mrs. T. E.
Jennings of Houston, and two grandchildren.
