Danny J. Jordan

Services for Danny J. Jordan, 23, of Winnfield, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at
the Big Creek Baptist Church in Jordan Hill with the Rev. Hardy Beaubouef
officiating and Rev. G. P. McManus assisting.

Burial was in Jordan Hill Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of
Winnfield.  Graveside Masonic rites were held with Eugene Love performing.

Mr. Jordan died Saturday, June 25, 1983 in Alexandria Hospital after an auto
accident.

He was a 1983 graduate of Louisiana Tech in petroleum engineering.  He was
also a member of Georgetown Masonic Lodge No. 298 and the Scottish Rite in
Monroe.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe B. Jordan of Winnfield; a
brother, Glen Jordan of Winnfield; five aunts and an uncle.

Pallbearers were Joe Bruce, Tom Moore, Larry Edwards, Darrel Ates, Tim Jordan,
and Craig Bartley.
