Mrs. Jordan, 83, Dies; Rites At Pleasant Hill

Mrs. Clemmie Jordan, 83, of Winnfield died December 28, 1973 in a local hospital
after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church
with the Rev. Alson Jeter and the Rev. Rayford Higgs officiating.  Burial was
under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Survivors are four sons, Austin Jordan, Monroe Jordan, Monroe Jordan, Otis
Jordan, and Olan Jordan, all of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs. Victor Brinkley of
Winnfield; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
