Jordan, age 72, who died in a local hospital Saturday, September 11, following an extended illness will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Cross Roads church, near Tullos. Interment will follow in the Guin Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Milly Jordan, Tullos; two sons, Lawrence Jordan, in U.S. armed services stationed near Waco, Texas and Melvin Jordan, U.S. Army, stationed overseas, both of whom arrived in time to attend the final rites; three daughters, Mrs. O.C. Canuteson, Fort Worth, Texas, Mrs. Tommy Barber of Winnfield, and Miss Florence Jordan, Tullos and three grandchildren.
