Mrs. Ervin Jordan Succumbs; Buried At Jordan Hill

Services were held Sunday, June 19, for Mrs. Ervin Jordan, 65, of Jordan Hill
who passed away Saturday, June 18, at the home or her daughter, Mrs. W. C.
Wilder of Tullos.  Mrs. Jordan was born August 23, 1894 in Winn Parish.

The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. at the Big Creek Baptist Church, the
Rev. C. C. Arrington officiating.  Interment was in the Jordan Hill Cemetery
under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mrs. Jordanis survived by her husband, Ervin Jordan; two daughters, Mrs.
Wilder and Mrs. Joe McCartney of Olla; one brother, William Crawford of
Campti; three half brothers, Andrew Malloy of Winnfield, Martin Malloy of
California, and Albert Malloy, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Ella Jordan, Winnfield,
and four grandchildren.
